Australia's best garlic? I'm a hardneck variety that matures early with a robust, rich buttery flavour.

  • Arguably the best strong, sweet, nutty and full mouth flavoured garlic in Australia. Great for children as it cooks into a lovely rich, smooth, sweet and nutty true garlic flavour. Bulbs are medium sized and roundish, sometimes with a slightly flattened top and bottom. Cloves are large, easy to peel, with white to off-white colour. Plants are medium height with upright green to yellow green leaves, and less vigorous scape production than other turban varieties.

Adapted to climates with cool, wet winters and warm, dry summers in southern QLD, NSW, VIC, Tasmania and SA. Perhaps the best variety of them all?
